I studied Translation and Interpreting with French and German at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, followed by a PGCE at Queen's University, Belfast.
In 2023, I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Blended Learning at Stranmillis University College in Belfast with a view to further developing my skills in this ever growing area of education.
My Mission
My mission is to provide high quality time-saving French and German resources for busy teachers of pre-school and primary languages.
I provide comprehensive and progressive pre-recorded lessons and linked resources to make it easy to teach languages, especially for non-specialists.
My Approach
I believe that learning languages should be engaging, interactive, and fun, especially for younger children.
That is why my unique approach to language education combines creative craft activities with traditional teaching methods, songs, rhymes, and stories to help reinforce learning.
PRIMARY LANGUAGES UPSKILLING
For Primary Teachers, we offer training in teaching languages. In Summer 2024 and 2025, we ran our successful online EPV Approved Course, 'Fundamentals Of Teaching Primary French' for primary teachers in the Republic of Ireland.

I am married with three lovely daughters and a 3 year old Springer Spaniel. Life is busy, but fun! When I have free time, I enjoy walking with my dog, while listening to audiobooks and podcasts. I also enjoy hula hooping and writing children's books. I self-published my first book ’Plug The Monster Rapper' in June 2020 and my second book, 'Nora The Explorer' in May 2025.
